What we're looking for

Cleverside is seeking a talented Creative Producer, who will join our Marketing team.

✅ Expected daily tasks:

• Lead marketing creative team to develop innovative marketing campaigns, including video ads, banners and playables. Ensure alignment with overall marketing strategy;
• Analyse performance data on creative concepts to improve key performance indicators;
• Monitor industry trends and competitor campaigns to ensure our marketing assets stay relevant and innovative;
• Present creative strategies and results to CMO.

✨ Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a creative production role, preferably in the gaming industry;
• Proven track record of managing creative campaigns, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful marketing projects;
• Familiarity with graphic design and motion design software;
• Strong analytical mindset, capable of interpreting data to optimise marketing creatives;
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to inspire and manage Marketing creative team;
• Knowledge of user acquisition strategies and mobile gaming marketing metrics;
