Cleverside is looking for an enthusiastic HR Manager to join our team in Belarus. In this role, you'll have a direct impact on our company culture and employee experience.

✅ Expected daily tasks:

• Drive full-cycle recruitment: from sourcing to offer negotiations, including salary market research;
• Lead employee lifecycle processes: onboarding, regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and exit interviews;
• Provide conflict resolution and support team leads in employee development;
• Coordinate with an external HR and accounting company for documentation needs;
• Manage leave tracking and holiday schedules across locations (Zoho);
• Manage company social media (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn);
• Organise internal events and celebrations.

✨ Qualifications

• Previous experience in HR Generalist role at least 3 years;
• Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills;
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities;
