Cleverside team is looking for a highly motivated and experienced User Acquisition Manager.

✅ Expected daily tasks:

• Developing and executing user acquisition strategies to meet growth targets;
• Managing a team of user acquisition specialists;
• Planning, executing, and monitoring marketing campaigns to attract new users;
• Traffic purchasing in Applovin, Ironsource, Unity, Mintegral, Google, SRNs (Meta, Tiktok, etc.), App Recommendation channels, Pre-installs;
• Building and improving partnerships with account managers of the above channels;
• Working with marketing, motion, HTML5 teams to exeсute the goals;
• Assessing the quality and quantity of the attracted audience according to KPIs.

✨ Qualifications

• General experience in User Acquisition 2+ years;
• Proven experience in crafting successful UA strategies;
• Working experience with social and video networks;
• Familiarity with various user acquisition channels and tools;
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills;
• Sufficient written and spoken English level;
