Cleverside team is looking for a talented Monetization Manager to join our Marketing team.

✅ Expected daily tasks:

• Work closely with more than 20 network partners, test different prices for different seasons, and have meetings every two weeks (IronSource, Applovin, Admob, Unity, etc.);
• Work with advertising units in the application, generate ideas for adding new advertising formats;
• Analyse and optimise advertising waterfalls, adjustments and improvements, add new partners;
• Work closely with Product and UA teams;
• Market analysis to stay up to date on best practices, new trends and potential partnerships;
• Present your Monetization actions, work and performances on a weekly team meeting and monthly report;
• Report on the effectiveness of advertising monetization in the company.

✨ Qualifications

• Relevant work experience of at least 1 year in the GameDev industry;
• Experience with Applovin MAX mediation;
• Understanding of advertising monetization flow principles;
