What we're looking for

Cleverside is seeking a talented Support Manager. If you have a high level of English and Russian and the ability to write high-quality texts, this is an opportunity to start your career in a new direction and to make a meaningful impact on the future of Cleverside games.

Expected daily tasks

• Create unique textual content for casual games, including notifications, social media posts and localisation;
• Analyse and report game issues, including in-depth analysis of player feedback and suggestions for game improvements;
• Identify and escalate emerging/trending game bugs;
• Maintain a consistent brand style while writing texts that feel personalised, friendly, clear and knowledgeable;
• Make a research of competitors activity and try to understand the portrait of the target audience;
• Assist the team in solving issues by maximising player delight.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of copywriting experience;
• Professional copywriting and communication skills in English (C1+) and Russian;
• Strong knowledge of American cultural trends;
• Deep research skills;
• Ability to create texts for different content types (notifications, social media posts, in-app content, etc.);
• Great analytical skills: creating the portrait of the audience to write for, testing and analysis of different hypotheses.
